I brought outback in for an oil change at noon. Returned at 4:15. It was not done yet. They went to check. Returned and said it would be 20 more minutes. One hour and twenty minutes later when I asked how much longer, she said Jenny was working on the paperwork now. She then told me there was a car ahead in the car wash. I informed her that I would take it minus the car wash. I was always treated respectfully but the service wasn't timely thus making me an hour late for picking up my takeout.
I essentially just dropped in and they checked the recall item in a couple hours on a day the service department was extremely busy. Everyone was courteous and kind, while working under pressure.
