She did an awesome job talking me through how to start my car, showed where the emergency key was, and told me they will replace the battery in the key fob. I appreciated her help since I couldn't get my door open when it was pouring rain and I came in frazzled.

Jen was great to work with but my bill reflected work that didn't actually get done. Granted, not getting a car wash when I specifically asked for one isn't a big deal but it makes me wonder if the other repairs, the ones I can't see, really got done. Not impressed .
