Technicians Let the battery drain down when told that the car was not shutting off. Then I ran my car for half hour after I picked it up at the dealership. My car then wouldn’t start today. Why did they not check the charge before returning the car to me?

The car was not washed and there was oil leaking I took it back today to repair and I have oil leaking in my garage again tonight

She was very kind and professional, however, I was not made aware that I would have upfront costs then have to wait/hope my insurance company pays me back. The insurance company told me there would be a $50 deductible then to have a $1200 bill, needless to say I had a little sticker shock! Helping customers by working with insurance prior to appointment, specially since this was several weeks in advance, would make our lives much easier!
