We lost a strap to our bike rack in the car wash. Blake’s d staff found it. It had been damaged. They ordered another one for us. We really appreciate that.
I liked that I could wait for my car outside while getting oil change. Blake called me when ready

Brandon went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my car maintenance request and keep me informed of the progress since I am from out of town. After a couple recent challenges getting this car serviced, I was questioning whether my next car would also be a Subaru. But because of the excellent support I received, I look forward to getting another Forrester when the time comes. Thank you.

Noah was fine. Not exceptional but fine. Service was very busy and had they taken the time to check further I wouldn't have to come back next week. Not everyone or everything can be exceptional all the time.

Brandon provided excellent service to us! We had passed the 100,000 mile mark, and he clearly explained what additional maintenance was recommended. He also discovered that we had enough punches for a free oil change. Brandon is a definite asset to Schulte Subaru!
