Trevor was Great and very informative. I am disappointed with the dealership not providing some with a loaner auto. We have a grand daughter in a a hospital in SFs with leukemia. We are there 3 to 4 times per week but no set schedule. Wanted to set appointment and go to hospital..attemped 4 times with NO loaner and 2,000 miles overdue on oil change. FINALLY, made special trip drove 1.5 hrs to do walk in. Very disappointed...i have purchased 2 Subarus, my son 1, my daughter 1, grandson 1 brother in law 2...and, NO LOANER.

She listened to my issues, told me my opinions and what the service department would do. She also offered a free car wash. I was given a new battery under a warranty program that I was not aware of. I could not have asked for better service!

We have already discussed with the service manager. This has been a bad experience which made me feel unsafe in a vehicle that I felt was entirely reliable but needed to get a once over to ensure we were keeping up with everything required and to check on codes we had received randomly. I drove home with parts loose, the service manager tried to say it might have been our fault, but even if it was (it wasnt) how would they let a vehicle leave the lot with engine covers/hoses and the battery loose. I am lucky my husband checked it our our family may have driven around for weeks/a month with all of that loose.
