There were some problems with your phone system
I was put on hold and disconnected 3 times before I was able to talk to someone in the service dept. I didn't mind being on hold but it was very frustrating having to call back go through the process to get to the service dept only to be disconnected again and again. You may want to look into that. Thanks!
