Our Ascent has been super quirky and we’ve had a lot of issues with it. Our salesman, Ryan, has always been super helpful and understanding, but the service department has seemed very dismissive of the issues and regularly insinuates that I just don’t know how to work a vehicle. We have multiple videos of various issues on our vehicle, but again, service just seems uninterested in looking into anything.

I drove in from Aberdeen to notice my tire was very low and had to bring it in. It was on a Saturday and I honestly didn’t expect to get in but to my surprise It was not a problem. Your service department was exceptional!
