I had a 12:30 appointment and when I got there at 12:30 I was told it would take an hour and a half. I did not leave until after 3. This same thing happened to my husband when he brought it in the time before for an oil change. I also asked to have my maintenance book stamped and signed off on which wasn’t done so I had to go back in find my advisor and ask again.
John, is the most outstanding personnel you have. This is my fourth car I have purchased from you, and he is like no other. His customer service skills are top notch. When I go to your location and he is not there, regardless of the situation with my car, he is the only person I look forward to interacting with. I always schedule when he is there. I deal with people for a living and his authenticity is rare. You know he cares, not just with me but al of his customers. I can say without a doubt, but not for him, I would take my car elsewhere. Tawfiq was great at customer service. My dissatisfaction is that even though I brought my car for service, it left the store with a service light on. Also my tires were all pretty las and I was the impression that they did an overall inspection ion the car.
