I spent $1700 on repairs and maintenance and was told that a discount was applied, it was but when inquired as to the use of a coupon that I had for $100 off service over $1700 I was told they used that as my discount (even though I hadn’t mentioned the coupon until I went to pay), however, my invoice only shows an $80 discount. I was a little unhappy about that as I spent a lot of money. I am happy with the way my car performs but I should have been given the higher discount since I had the coupon. I really wish that could have be remedied as many people, including me, are hurting financially because of the pandemic.

I was sent a text stating I could use this method to be informed. I was sent message and replied to the message. Then sent a question back but no response. Arranged transportation to take me to work but not to pick me up. Appointment was @ 6am, car was done before 9, texted around 10:30 asking for detail of service and was transportation set to pick me up. I called the main number around 2:30 to find out arrangements was not in place for a pick up at 3 pm. If I hadn’t made the call I wouldn’t have been picked up at 3 pm. Finally I was picked up Then received the excuse that your text system doesn’t work well and I should have texted his number. Well I didn’t have his number or given his number to text.

John was Great! My car smells like gasoline was poured inside the car! I asked a guy in the parking lot about it and he said to give it a couple of days. I have left my windows down since I left there and it still smells!
