My biggest complaint every time I come in for service is the constant delay. I'm told an oil change will take between 2 and 2.5 hours. Yet I ask one of the service gentlemen 2:25 hours in and he tells me they haven't even gotten to the oil change yet. This is my 4th time there and I think it might be the last.
