Far too many employees wearing ineffective masks (foam, with vents), not wearing them correctly, or not wearing them at all. To me this is arrogant, disrespectful, and sloppy -- not at all qualities I look for when making large financial decisions. I don't care what they do behind closed doors, but when on the sales/service floor, in an enclosed space with lots of people, I expect them to be masked. I wouldn't buy a car from someone who spit in my face or didn't wash their hands after going to the bathroom, and I'm definitely not going to buy from someone who's too lazy and discourteous to respect public health.
