Over 2 1/2 hours for a oil change after making an appointment since last week? We own 4 Toyota’s and honestly I will think twice before taking any of our Toyota vehicles to service at your location.

They only issue I was disappointed with is that the damage to my dashboard panel was decided to be an direct impact to it and it wasn’t! Therefore there’s nothing that can be done about it other than paying out of pocket @ $6,000.

Eddi was great and very kind , Emil was nice there was also a bad communication between the information on the phone and the one given in the store but emil knew how to solve it. and finally after giving the car service I still have the message that my car needs maintenance. thank you Eddie and Emil for your good customer service.

Take to long just for oil change and the bad wash you guys do to the cars. I don’t know if the guy that take care of me it’s new and don’t have experience. The computer said complete at 12:59 and after half hour I have to ask if my car was ready. 2 hour and a half that’s ridiculous
