Eddie did a great job of communicating what was needed with the service and explained why I should do what I did instead of trying to get by with a cheaper repair in the short term. Eddie is a guy I would hire if my business had that kind of customer contact.

My experience with Tawfiq was fine. No complaints.He was profesional and courteous.
HOWEVER..... Your service was a disaster. My oil change took aprox 2 hrs. With an appointment. Ok, BUT when I drove away, I needed to drive with my windows down because of the exaust fumes in the cabin. I almost passed out. I called right away and explained to the receptionist the problem. I could not returnat the car at this time. This morning I looked under the hood and saw that the oil cap was never put back on. THERE IS OIL OVER EVERYTHING .Idon't know how much oil I lost. OR the damage it might have caused. I expect this to be rectified. I did document this with photo's. Which I will provide upon request.

Victor is by far the best service advisor I have met, he provides exceptional customer service and makes me look forward to going to Toyota for my regular maintenance. Victor never updated me on how things were going with the car service. I called and a message was sent to him bu your staff and Victor never called. Very unsatisfied with Victor. Nothing else to add.

I really did not like the treatment of Ms. Gabriela. Whenever I have been to Toyota to service my car, I have received extraordinary treatment. They guide me and give me a good service at a good price. Ms. Gabriela is not prepared to serve clients in a good way.

Terrible experience this time. They never call to informed the service was completed and we almost get to service center close. One of the tire was needing air so how they could no realized that during the services. Very disappointed this time
