This was my first time with Toyota of Orlando and the experience certainly could have been better. The service portion was decent and I was assisted promptly but I was not informed until pick up of other services that my vehicle could need like the engine/ cabin filter and tire rotation (which I thought was included). The unsatisfactory portion came along with the courtesy shuttle. On the ride to my destination I was crammed in a van with 2 other passengers that were going in the opposite direction of me. On the way back, the driver could not locate my building, causing me to stand outside constantly calling the dealership for about 25 minutes. She did eventually find me and had an attitude when she picked me up, when I am the one who should have been pissed! I asked the dealership for a direct line to the driver so I could give her directions and they said the drivers only have walkee talkees so I was aggravated when she arrived and I saw she had a cell phone.
The rep did an awesome job. He got me in and out in about an hour without an appointment, but the techs took my antenna off my car and never put it back. It was left on my passenger seat.

Danny was awesome. Will be back because of his costumer service. But my vehicle upon pickup was left in four wheel drive low, not sure why? My mirrors were in a a different position, both pointing straight down at the ground and finally it was not locked overnight.
Mr. McKeon took care of the needs of my vehicle and the recall problem. He also advised me of things that needed to be taken care of; which I will, by the end of next week.Thank you
