3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I had to ask someone how much longer and they told me their system showed it was finished it was another 24 minutes before I was able to get my car.
My assistant John was very kind polite and walk me through all the nessary parts needed attention all went well and I felt very satitisfied

Rep was not professional pulled up and asked me alot of questions like I was lying when I told him what happen he stated well this is suspicious and saying this don't sound right when I told my tiers flat when over train track and tired busted like I'm a paying cx for year with Toyota and this never happen to me befor and how it made me feel was uncomfortable and sad! So for training purposes I would let him know what is not hot you respond to your cx with your personal views which was not correct, so I Def think I will find another Toyota after this experience for sure, thank you but the manager step in and helped me out and appriate this and felt helpless almost not a great experience this even makes me want go with another car company this is why I won't upgrade and I usally do, thanks for listening
Roger has always done an excellent job when I visit Toyota with both my cars. He is very attentive and mannerly. I would recommend him to my friends anytime!
Rick was absolutely superb. I’ve been in Customer Service for over 30 years and I’d say that Rick ranks up there with a badge of Excellence when it comes to expectations. Not only did he hand me SERVICE WITH A SMILE but it was genuine. His professionalism shined through with his courteous greeting, coupled with his assured hospitality of making sure I was comfortable with my surroundings and amenities. He gave constant feedback on the status of my service AND my car was complete in less than an hour which I would say is short of a miracle because I’ve owned many cars in my lifetime and that has never ever happened. My compliments to whoever hired Rick because his Customer Service acumen is well above average but I have to also give credit to the team of mechanics who worked on my car. Please extend my thanks and appreciation.

Your coupon said 2 oil changes for 39.95. Instead the service rep told me it would be 2 for $58.74. When i confronted the person told me "I hate those but this is what the price is". If it'd 2 for 39.98 a service then the total would be 80 for the two. You guys don't honor your own coupons and it's shady. Definitely will go somewhere else next time.
