Toyota had recommended to buy new breaks for our vehicle. Today I called to get a quote and set up an appointment with Gabriella at that time I made her aware that the wipers were making noise again and I had changed them not too long ago. I also, advised her that the radio on the car had to be changed right after we bought it, because the bluetooth was not working properly. At the time of service the light pannel from the shifter was damaged, I brought it up to the maintenance department, but it never got fixed. Today, I kindly asked her to check the history of the car and to have it changed, she said ok. After the car was done with service today, she advised me that the lightbulb was replaced for just $8, I asked her did you read the notes? She paused and said...no, not really. I had been waiting in the lobby for 3hrs and I needed to leave; therefore, I just paid the bill. On my way home the globe compartment keep popping open,the door is loosen, so when I got home I put the key in but it doesn't work. This time maintenance messed up the globe compartment. But the worst part of today's experience is that the brakes are making a cracking noise. I went back to the dealer around 7:30pm,one of the employees who assisted me earlier took my information and asked me to leave the vehicle overnight, so it can be worked on tomorrow. I advised him that I didn't anyone to pick me up, he said call uber, I said I will bring it back tomorrow. I need my car to be fix 100% tomorrow. This has been the worst purchse ever, I regret buying a vehicle from Toyota.

Had an appointment at 2 pm. Car didn’t even start getting worked on until 4pm. When I asked how much longer until everything was done I was told everything was complete it was just only 20 more minutes which then turned into a 45 minute wait. Overall service took 3 1/2 hours to get done which caused me to have to call out of work. Most likely not coming back to this location again.

I was disappointed at the fact that the windshield washer fluid container was not filled up as indicated on the multi point inspection. Luckily, my husband realized it before leaving Toyota of Orlando.
