Get there at 5:45 am for a simple oil change for my land cruiser. christie tells me it going to be an hour. Almost 3 hours later they get done. She goes on to tell me the it got downgraded in priority. What a joke.
Tires not rotated even though assured they were. Told eduardo who called service manager. I had marked numbers each tire with sharpie and video recorded day prior just to see if y’all actually did rotation. Was assured everything done. When showed them not done and video they got car back and did again with weak sorry. Prior visit said they did courtesy car wash car was not washed and i told them then they washed it. If obvious visible things not done then integrity of dealership service center in question now. How can i be comfortable the oil is really changed or filters changes etc. angry about experience. Car is super and place is clean. Please address this issue and share back with me was done. Do want to continue service there and not put negative post about Toyota of orlando out to all my friends and family!!!!!

Gabriella submited the car to have the breaks redone, but decided that the complaint I brought up to her attention regarding the globe compartment been damaged the day your crew worked on the car was irrelevant. Upon picking up the car, I asked her about both concerns, "her reply nothing was done to the globe compartment, I personally checked it and it most have been a spiral spring that came off". THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE CAR HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE GLOBE COMPARTMENT UNTIL THAT DAY. The globe compartment opens up when Im driving now, I sent her a picture by text yesterday as soon as it opened when I was driving back home from the dealer. I'M STILL WAITING FOR HER RESPONSE.

I received two texts immediately after dropping my car off, asking if I needed anything and letting me know that I could simply respond to the text if I had questions. First of all, this service idea is fantastic. However, I responded to BOTH of the texts I received with a simple question and never received a response from either. So, cool idea, poor execution.
