The car seems to be fixed but I’ll wait and see. I’ve brought in too many times for this before. The cafe person was terrific. Other than that the service was non descript

Brian was great, he didn’t do anything wrong. He was very friendly and helpful if anything. I am just not happy with the rates Toyota charges. It’s unreasonably expensive.

The service advisor was great. It was the cashier at the end that was unprofessional and rude to my son and I when we picked up the car. We took a shuttle to the mall. The car was ready after 4:15 in which the shuttle service stopped working. By the time I can get an Uber and make it back, it was after 5:00 pm naturally. The cashier was really mad and showed it to us when we picked up the car. I understand she had to wait a few more minutes but this is no way to treat a customer. I wanted to purchase a truck soon for a new business but things like this will make me take my business somewhere else. I told the cashier that I knew she was upset(very obvious) she snapped and said that the advisor TOLD me that the shuttle stopped pick ups at 4:00.
Arron was really good to answer my question about replacing the fuel pump and noticed that my next service appointment was only 2 weeks out and offered the option of taking care of that at the same time. I really appreciated the saved trip. I also asked for new windshield wipers. Everything happened in the time frame given when I made the appointment. I was very pleased with the entire process.
