Your salesperson’s solicitation of me to buy a new car from her was most unprofessional and uncalled for. IF and when I want to purchase a new vehicle I will do it on my terms not yours. Considering I have less than 4,000 miles on it and it’s 2.5 years old, I don’t see this retired lady doing that anytime soon. And again, when I’m ready I do my own homework first and then go find my car. No salesperson required.

Brought my vehicle in bought 4 tires alignment and balance. Prior to initial visit my vehicle had no problem driving at 75mph and above . Now at 75mph vibrations in steering. Took the vehicle back twice and alignment is still off. Over a decade of servicing 2 vehicle at Toyota of Orlando DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK AND WITH THE LORD BLESSING MY NEXT VEHICLE WONT BE A TOYOTA
