Just seemed like an extra long appointment. Had to wait 90 minutes for a tire rotation? Maybe just inform me next time to expect that & then it will not be a surprise.
Service was great. I just did not the price to be so high. Hope now it lasts for another 29,000 without service!
Simply outstanding , excellent job.
I stopped by after work for service on a recall and was a little concerned at first. Eduardo took care of it professionally and explained exactly what the issue was and assured me the problem would be fixed. The issue was surprisingly resolved promptly and I was set at ease driving out the dealership.

I did not appreciate the suggestion from the tire rep that I must have hit something. There was no nail or screw in the tire . There was no damage to the rim or tire that would suggest That hit something. I was driving on highway 408,just east of downtown Orlando when the tire made a loud noise and went flat. Michael got the supervisor involved and the tire was replaced, as it should be!
Although Christie was a gem, it took almost 3 hours to have the rubber pieces replaced on the roof. I asked for a wheel balance, and was told the mechanic didn’t feel the vibration, as I explained at 60 mph. When I left the facility and got on the turnpike, I immediately felt it again. I should of turn around, but, as I said I had already spent 3 hours there. Perhaps we can get it taken care of another time.
He was professional and he kept me updated,
