Patrick Peck was personable, professional, knowledgeable and attentive, listened to my list of requests for my car's check up. Everything was taken care of. This is the first time I have had my Ford worked on here, and Patrick made it very easy. I also want to mention that his colleagues and the staff in the Cashier's dept.were also warm and professional as well, and explained all the work that was done. Thanks to all of you!

Patrick was great and did everything in his power to resolve my issues, however to have to return twice and then to finally have service manager address my issues was not what I was expecting. I am a loyal customer and will continue to use your service, however when things are promised to be done I expect it to be done. To invest a large amount of money along with time in your product and not get what one pays for is not customer service and doesn’t improve your brand
