Patrick is the primary reason I erring to the dealership for service. He’s taken great car of me over the past 7 years.
I needed to use your shuttle service, however it needs improvements. I received a call to advice me that the driver would be at my place to pick me up in 20 minutes, however that 20 minutes turned to 1 hour when I decided to call to ask how much longer it would take but the young lady said someone will return call well by the time someone returned I already had picked up the car, I ended up walking to your dealership to pick up my car. As a customer, if you are going to provide this type of service which is great but you need to be more efficient in organizing it and making sure it's running smoothly. Thank you.

Noticed a funky smell emanating from the front portion of my vehicle after I drove home from the service center. Had a distinct smell similar to burning. Would like a follow-up phone call during the week to discuss it.

Although everyone was extremely, there was one issue. When I brought it in they needed to order the part. That was no problem, I kind of expected that. They can’t keep everything in stock. So I asked if he just wanted to call me when the part was in to schedule since the vehicle was still drivable. The response was “No, come in at 10 tomorrow morning.” So I came back in and started my wait in the customer lounge. Four and a half hours later I decided to step out for some fresh air. At that point the representative walked up to me and told me that the part had just now got there. I had been waiting four and a half hours for nothing. I was provided a loaner car and was able to go home for the night to return again to pick it up the following day. It was a lot of wasted time. Not only the waiting time but the wasted time driving to you. It’s a half hour drive each way. Lots of wasted time
