I’ve known Patrick since I’ve been taking my vehicle to him for service for a number of years. And he has been very professional and kind person. He has a great attitude and pays attention to the customer’s needs. And because of this and the good service; I will continue doing business with ford Lincoln.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour so I waited. 2 1/2 hours later I finally got my car back.
I replied to the text with a question as instructed. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I had to be there at 7:30 in the morning for the appointment. My car was not ready until 450 when I was unable to pick it up it should not take all day to rotate tires and change oil.

I had an appointment at 830am, My car was promised to be done by 12pm and I called by 2pm and my car was still not done, they said by 3-4pm. I got to Ford at 430pm and my car was still not done. I had to miss my Doctors appointment because of the false information I received from your dealership.
When someone calls the service department it would be nice to have someone answer the phone, or at the very least get a call back after leaving a message
