Good morning, beings you asked I would like to comment on a situation that was dangerous and uncomfortable for me, I went to Costco to top off my tank the next morning and I was immediately standing in a puddle of gasoline, the fuel hose to the tank wasn't reattached,$2.22 was at my feet,the attendant was very disturb along with myself as people were scurrying away, luckily SM Ford was only a block away, I called Lisa Gibson & she resolved the problem right away, I just think now how bad that might of become had I just jumped back in my truck like I often do.

No problem with the regular service but I was also hoping to get a couple of “recall” items completed but was told that could take several hours so I was not prepared to leave my vehicle all day or overnight. I feel like I should have been made aware of that when scheduling the appointment. I’ll need to make at least one more appointment to accomplish the required updates. I’m not sure why a software update would take so long? I read on a forum that it can take as little as 30 minutes.

So today we ran into a problem with Misfiring after installing a mew clutch. The mechanic that diagnosed the misfiring did not know it got a new clutch before his diagnosis. Well turns out these new cars, the motor knows if its over or under weighted and sends a Misfire code out. The motor knows the weight is different, so you have to go to n a Misfire Code. Click it in and its done in the computer. So I want to thank Patrick Peck and Tom Healey for taking the time out of their normal job and found the problem. Like always. I am very happy with the service depth handling of my car and getting it figured out and got it back to me asap. I won't be going anywhere else...even though. I was a bit irritated over what happened. I'm back to normal, a happy man!! ????

I just wanna say, everytime I've needed to get something done to my Car or Truck, Patrick Peck has always gone to his furthest measure to get me taken care of. He keeps me updated and is very thorough on what was done for me. He has seen to my every need at a drop of a phone call. I am a very satisfied customer...
