I had listed a complaint with the service representative that was completely ignored by the mechanic. Our intake paperwork shows our complaint that the right front tire was losing pressure continuously. Today, the right rear tire is losing pressure because the tires were rotated. It’s very inconvenient for me to return for this issue as I work out of town each weekday, but now I have to drop the vehicle off tonight after work and be without it again tomorrow when this issue should have been addressed yesterday.

Job got done but poor communication. You have an email system set up to provide updates but it wasn't utilized at all. I understand that delays happen but the customer shouldn't have to call and stop by to find out the status of the vehicle. I also tried using the email to check status and got no response. A little communication goes a long way.
