Excellent experience Autumn was very friendly she gave me a time frame to expect my car to be finished. She let me know what was done to my car and set my next appointment. She let me know that, my total satisfaction wa very important to her and Moyer Ford. 2st class !

To Moyer Ford, Autum is the most professional trained Service Assistant, I have every met, I have been to several Ford Service Centers in my 68 years, my Dad always sent me to Ford Service with his truck for repairs. I could listen an tell you by ear what was wrong and if his truck was fixed, at age 14 I was driving a tractor. Please Moyer Ford owner, please express to your team just how well Autum is appreciated in my house hold of Fords. I do not give out complements often, when I do they are well deserved. Autum is so professional she can answer question within few mins, she has upmost respect for her mechanics, like a Mother hen, she will protect her flock. I request you reward Autum for job well done. She is an asset to Moyer Ford please know this. Rita S
