I have nothing but the highest compliments with the service I received. 250 miles from home, pulling a fifth wheel, with no knowledge of a Diesel engine with def exhaust. Everyone I met was extremely courteous and Autumn McKenzie was the essential catalyst that made my unfortunate potential disaster a memorable experience. She was highly informative, highly understanding of my needs, and very accommodating such as providing me with transportation back to the Rv resort where my Fifth Wheel was. I must say that she was highly exemplary of the quality of employee that you would expect the Ford Corporation to employ. I can’t say enough about the gratitude I have for Autumn’s concern for a total stranger. Yes, I was very impressed and will always be thankful for y’all’s level of professionalism.

I live in Pensacola, Fl. There are many options closer than Moyer Ford in Foley, AL I could have and have gone to. Autumn has been, sometimes, brutally honest, but honest. Honesty and customer service is the core of a successful business. Everyone that I have came in contact with at Moyer has been awesome. I'll continue driving to Foley, AL for my service work.
My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. I called at 3 PM that afternoon and it still had not been even started. It impacted our plans for the afternoon.
