AmI asked for oil change and tire rotation. When I came in to schedule I was told by 2 different people the price would be 64.95. Iended up with a bill for 82.66!never heard of an estimate for a tire rotation and oil change. They saw my car and even looked at it when I scheduled it and was never told the 64.95 was just an estimate. Disappointing. I couldve went to the chevy dealer for 60.00 out the door for the same services

Thank you for the comments I know you and I spoke on the phone recently and I advised they forgot to place the discount on your repair order to bring it from $74.85 to $64.95 the addition to $82.66 is the State Tax at 7% parts and labor.... Thank you for your understanding.
They did a wonderful job on my oil change/tire rotation and the customer service representative was great. I was just disappointed in the fact I was asked if I wanted a complementary wash and they didn’t even touch the tires. So the whole car was washed but the tires were left untouched. And she also informed me of the front floor boards being vacuumed and they weren’t. I know it’s not a huge deal, just wanted to give my honest feedback. Overall I was satisfied though and will be back in the future!

Thank you! My husband brought my car in to get new tires. I hated my others—they wore on the wheel cover rims and *everyone* in the school drop off line would turn and look to see what that awful noise was when I pulled into the parking lot. The new tires are so much quieter. I even made an extra lap around my work parking lot this morning with the radio off and windows down. Guess what—STILL couldn’t hear my tires!! Kids are grown, so I no longer have to go through drop off lines (thank the Lord!), but if I did have to go, I wouldn’t be a total embarrassment!! Happy customer.
I also have a 1983 Honda Civic. My stepdad raised me right, and I’m a Honda girl through and through. Do y’all have a mechanic that has worked on older Hondas? If so, could I start brining it to y’all for oil changes and stuff? Who should I ask for? ****-****-xxxx or

Left the cap off of my transmission Came home and found it off had to go all the way back over to get it put on I did not like that
