Jason (service manager) and Kevin (head mechanic?) were both awesome. They took the time to answer my many questions, and ensured my understanding of the problem and the solution. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them both a 25 (way off the scale). After being told that AutoNation Honda in Mobile uses non Honda parts without notifying the customer, I went to Bob Boyte Honda as suggested by my niece and nephew (even though farther from where I am staying). . I am also pleased that a business in my childhood hometown is top notch. Thank you so much for being able to help me so quickly today. Important because I will be traveling back to my home in Central Florida this coming weekend.
Amazing service! I work in on the night shift in a hospital ICU. When I got to the service center I could barely stay awake. Michael was amazing and attentive. He quickly realized that my exhaustion was making it hard for me to process things quickly so he slowed down and took the time necessary for me to have yet again an amazing experience here. Made appointment advising all to be done . Needed oil change and recall work. Also Wanted a detail Planned for 1 day without vehicle. That didn’t happen so had to take time off work to pick up vehicle next day Was sold some special wax job on top of normal wash n vacuum. That was confused and brad to wait another hour for the vehicle to be vacuumed. The staff made good but obvious lack of communication. The place has been open a year but still seems like staff was new If not for recall would have just gone for oil change somewhere else.
