I was having a negative experience due to the lack of communication and reassurance on my vehicles condition that I had in my possession for less then 24 hours which was making me second guess my purchase at the moment. Andon on the other hand has been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole situation and restored faith and my confidence in the vehicle. Trevor always delivers, I never have to be concerned about whether my vehicle is being taken care of properly. No worries about me leaving the Paradise family. I also had my son and daughter in law but a truck there and made sure they also meet Trevor. He is part of our Chevrolet family .
I’m completely impressed with everyone at Paradise Chevrolet that got our Traverse back on the road in record time! Kendall got things moving first thing in a morning - she was prompt and very courteous. The young lady that managed the towing had the timing pinned down and was also very nice.
