My wife advised the service advisor about a loose seat recliner handle on the rear driver side passenger seat. When compared to the opposite side identical seat (passenger side of the vehicle) the handle was significantly more snug and did not have extra play. She was later told that the handle was made this way and it was normal. Upon my personal inspection, within 5 minutes I observed there was a plastic cover which once removed revealed a T-15 torx bolt/screw that secured the handle in question. The bolt was noticeably loose and required a quick tightening. Very easy job but unfortunate to have my wife be given an incorrect answer about such a simple task which likely would have taken a technician 2 minutes to correct after spending 90,000 on a new Chevy Tahoe.

Ted was absolutely phenomenal. After my truck was in service last year, I honestly felt completely pulled through the wringer — even with an extended warranty. It was such a frustrating experience that I almost didn’t bring my truck back this time. I’m so glad I did, because Ted completely changed my view.
