I was excited that Ted was able to get everything covered by my warranty company. I always enjoy working with Ted. He’s a great consultant for me when working with Paradise ChevroletThe only issue I had was the person who made the appointment put down that I needed an oil change which I did not request. When I made the appointment, I only told her that I needed something done about my antilock brake system and when I went in, that is the only thing that I informed Ted about and all other problems were found out during the inspection, but not that I needed an oil change. I unfortunately got charged for the oil change when I just got an oil change just about a month or a month and a half prior to and the oil change was done without verification that it needed to be done and I had to pay full price for the oil change, which was not necessary at this time of service

As someone who works at another dealership, I can confidently say this is by far the best service department I’ve ever worked with. Extremely response and knowledgeable. Jon is terrific and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

The service provider to me was fast, informative, honest and professional. My Silverado was bought off the show room floor in 2008 as my retirement gift to me. It has never let me down and then drive train has never had a wrench put to it or anything else. I love that truck and feel good about Chevrolet service over the years. I thank you for your professionalism and honesty.

I went in for my vehicle lane detection/ vehicle warning sensors as they were not working well at and believed it needed to be calibrated again. After diagnosing the vehicle I was told that I needed two new modules and that would cost me over $1300 + tax to replace them and calibration was not an option. I decided to pick up my vehicle and had to pay $255 diagnostic fee. I then took my vehicle to a different location and all that was needed was calibration and only cost me $399. I feel I was lied too and you guys tried to take advantage of us. I will never bring my vehicle back for service and will encourage others not to as well and share my story with them. Very unhappy.

I’ve been working with Chris Stilgebauer at Paradise Chevrolet for several years, and I want to make sure his work is recognized. He is the main reason I continue to bring my vehicle here. Chris has always been professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He has helped me through multiple extended warranty items on my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali, in addition to routine maintenance visits, and he consistently makes the process easy to understand and stress-free. I trust that things will be handled correctly when I work with him, and that kind of consistency matters. He is also very accommodating with scheduling and communication, which makes a big difference with a busy schedule. During my most recent visit, Chris introduced me to his apprentice, Derek Williams, who performed the service work on my vehicle. Derek did an excellent job, along with the rest of the mechanical team. While I do not know all of their names, their work and professionalism are clearly reflected in the final result. It was also clear that Derek is being trained well and held to a high standard. I appreciate that Chris is taking the time to mentor and develop others while still maintaining a high level of service. I wanted to specifically recognize both Chris and Derek for their work. Ty was great. He looked up my appointment the day before and called me to reschedule so that he would have the time to properly and promptly get the approval from the extended warranty claim to fix a sensor on my vehicle. This saved me 2-3 days without my car. I am very pleased and I fully appreciate his effort.

Ted was amazing no complaints about him. He was professional and helpful from the day I dropped off my car until I picked it up. I do have complaints about whoever schedules service appointments and they shouldn’t promise what they can’t keep. They assured me they’d have a Tahoe, Suburban or Traverse available for me the day I dropped off my car and thankfully Ted helped me out with a rental and lyft to hertz. The service schedulers need training.
