The original problem was on the freeway going home. The problem was why did it take so long to get it fixed. Having to find a place to put our RV and knowing my problem was the issue. Four days to find and fix a problem that was something that the Dealer should have. SHAME ON YOU. Two Siniors stuck for four days,over a small Item. Shame on you guys

Work took a little bit longer than I was told. Car was their almost a week. When I picked it up on Saturday, it was dirty. I brought it in totally clean. Otherwise, Trevor was very helpful and professional.

Trevor was on it the second my appointment time came up. He went through his checklist on my truck and we went over the issue I had, told him what I concluded the issue to be. Of course he told the Tech would have to diagnose it to be positive. Even though the young lady I set the appt with told me it would be Monday before they got to it. Trevor told me he'd get it done for me on Saturday, around 1pm I got the call it was done, and covered by my warrenty to boot! Trevor is a good guy, does what he says he'll do, hard to find a person who's word is actually good in these times.
