Connor Schafer was absolutely fine. No issues with him. My concern is as the bill continued to increase, there was no real effort to accommodate a loyal customer. What started off as a bill for a little over $100 quickly escalated to over $900 when rear brakes were found to be needed. The best Connor could offer was a $50 discount. I opted out, went a couple of miles to Mavis and saved almost $200. I fully believe that this unwillingness to do right by the customer is not Connor's decision, but is the business practice of Matt Blatt's leadership. Except for recalls I will be using aftermarket, discount providers from here on out.

Krista was horrible when I came to pick up my car she never came out to explain to me wt has been done in my car or wt was wrong in my car I have to pay 351 $ out of my pocket fr battery my car is brand new 2 years old and I shouldn't have to pay for it it should cover but anyway all the staff is bad ty always treated me bad I am not happy with none of nissan people
