Very happy with the consistency and professionalism shown by Kristamarie. A pleasure dealing with her each and every time.
First, my truck was at the dealership almost 2 weeks waiting for a part to come in. Everytime I called for an update, the delivery date for the part kept getting pushed back. Then, upon arriving to pick up my truck after it was repaired, I noticed that they keys they were giving back were missing items on them. It was at this point that I was told apparently our original set of keys were misplaced and they needed to cut a new key and get a new fob. This was the first I heard of this. Our original set of keys had my husband’s My Lowe’s card on it as well as a key to our house and a key to his trailer hitch. I don’t understand how keys can get misplaced if they get put into an envelope with the repair information. After being without the truck for almost 2 weeks and then finding this out as well is extremely frustrating.
Krista was wonderful as always. I had the pleasure of meeting David today whom was also spectacular. I am happy to report that David was able to diagnose and remedy my trucks issue and for the first time I was able to drive off the lot with out any issues or need to return for further non routine service. Thank you Krista and David.
My experience has always been great!! From purchasing a car and getting my car service. I really like Kristamarie great sense of humor, knowledgeable and professional. The best part she great me with a smile and did not hesitate to assist me and answer all my questions. Very satisfied.

From the moment I picked up my vehicle, the Stability Control light was on. I prayed it would turned off before I got home. It did not. I now need to bring the truck back to have it looked at. I was picking up my truck to get something fixed which was again an issued that occurred AFTER bringing my vehicle in for a simple oil change. I am not a happy customer. We own two Nissan vehicles and do not plan on being repeat customers at this point.
I receive endless advertisements about buying our nissans back from us. I am confident that if I sold you my nissans the buyers would drive off the lot with a vehicle with no issues…however I cant drive off the lot without having to call the same day with a new issue.

Speechless(in a goodway!). I never hesitate to bring my car in for service because of her. Unlike other dealerships I'm never bullshitted and she keeps it real. She keeps me informed throughout the process and things have always been smooth. Absolutely love the service- only reason I'd buy a Nissan again.
