Tiaz helped me out Friday night after the mechanics left for the day since I had to get my tags any way. Tiaz not only put the tags on he took my car and checked it out himself to make sure I was satisfied. However what he found out was not the main cause of the noise. So I had to come back in Saturday since I was give the day off and tiaz knowing this from our talk the night before took my car and had it serviced for me. Satisfying me and finding out the other or main cause or the rattle. I appreciate the work and effort along with the cooperation and commendation that not only he made for me but as well as the dealership and my salesman Richie. Without the both of them going the extra mile I feel that this experience would not of been as great as it was little lone not a headache as I have had many others with other dealerships. Thank u to the 2 of them as well as the dealership crew.

Tuen was great however my labor was $100 less than my parts. I was charged $160 for a part that was $90 all because no one could get the bolt off. I will be ordering my parts online and then finding someone else.

The part needed to fix the car was backordered with no shipdate therefore I had to take the car back and pay the $160 Diagnostic fee instead of having the diagnostic fee applied to the repair fee.
