I believe that I spoke with Teuh once on the phone. She was very courteous and personable, and helpful. My main dealings were with Ty Potts. He thoroughly investigated what was needed re: my vehicle’s tires, etc. and provided the information needed to get the job done. The manager, James Torres, was also very helpful in getting my vehicle taken care of. I was quite disappointed in Bishoy Youseff’s handling of the situation. One thing went missing from my car but aside from that they did a great job. The woman at the service department that handled my warranty was amazing, she’s really sweet and helpful. She’s a keeper, not use to service department being so nice so it was a pleasant change from when I have had my vehicle serviced before.

The gentleman that helped me was great. I called right at 9 am, was redirected multiple times, told to call nissan not a dealer, called nissan and was redirected to dealer. Called back and asked to verify if a tire was in stock.... Drove over and navigated around the parking lot that was designed by a blind person, searched for where to go because apparently signs cost too much, told I needed my warranty info after Nissan told me it was accessible through the computer, then after 45 minutes I was told there us no tire. The gentleman that helped in person was great, but your phone system and service in that regard blows hairy$%^*$#

Sara was great but I also want to highlight the gentleman at the front desk whose name escapes me. He was fantastic, super compassionate, and truly a highlight to my visit. Even with the craziness of the day going on around him he still Made time to explain my warranty and how to get incontact with the shop for my next appointment. The team is lucky to have him.

I dropped my car off on Friday for a process that they said should take 2 hours. Late in the day I noticed that no one had gotten back to me. At 4:30 I called and they said they had “forgotten” to call me, but they were missing a part. They asked to keep the car overnight. It would have been great if they would have given me a heads up about the situation. Side note; Shuttle drivers were great !
