I saw great improvement in the facility and the staff was courteous and pleasant. I had actually stopped using the service dept because it was unpleasant but it seems things have changed for the better. Congratulations.

When I made the appointment with Brooke to have the recall issues done she told me that she would make sure the parts would be ordered so when I came back in 2 weeks the parts would be ready. When I showed up for the appointment she said the parts probably were not here because they are usually on back order. Shot story, she never ordered the parts. Cost me two trips. Chris has ordered the parts so it should be taken care of.

Completely dissatisfied with my service. I picked my car up and drove it home only to find all the plastic engine cover guards in my back seat. I had to put it back together myself. Also the hood wasn’t latched which I realized driving down the parkway. Never came to a solid conclusion of what is wrong with the car. I would like a refund of my original diagnostic fee. Communication has been bad.
