Brook was and is always, above ,wanting to do all she can to make a great experience of your waiting and than for the blow ,which is not always something you want to hear . Which this time,I did not .But it was A LITTLE EASIER TO TAKE COMING FROM HER ! Thank you !

Teuh Fears was an excellent service representative. She was knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain the vehicle repairs. Initially I was only scheduled for oil change and tire rotation however after the 27 point review. Two other repairs were required for my service. The technician completed quickly and the vehicle performed much better than previously. Although Ms. Fears had to attend training she was actually aware and knowledgeable of the repairs.

Brooke goes above and beyond and is both patient and professional. I do have issues with the ability to use my extended warranty and the surcharge for using a credit card, as I have been a dealership customer for several years. Neither of these issues, however, is in Brooke's control, and to her credit, she attempted to and achieved some satisfactory solutions for the present.

Our vehicle was broken down in your area and I called your store and Jessica answered the phone and had our vehicle checked over and was able to repair it quickly and got our service technician back on the road quickly. The serpentine belt was falling apart, they had a replacement belt in stock and was able to make the repair. She was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend friends and family to go to your store!! Job well done !! Thank you. Dean Niedrist
