The 3.5% charge for payment of a $1,600 repair bill with credit card was unjustifiable. Can you explain why you charge this? Do you expect people to pay a bill like this with cash?

The issue I had was not with the employee or service both where was great. The issue I have is with your office charging an additional 3.5 for using a credit card
