I noticed yesterday afternoon that I had a headlight out. I called the service department this morning and told them I’d like to come in to replace it ASAP! They told me to come on in without an appointment and they would replace it. It only took a little over an hour to replace and send me on my way! Much appreciated !!! Thank you!

A tire rotation and five point inspection and fluid top off took two hours..... unacceptable when I had an appointment scheduled and was told it would take 45 minutes. I was also supposed to have a loaner and got there and was told there are no loaners.
