Positive: All the Marshall employees I was in contact with were very professional and provided very good service. Negative: I do have a vibration rattle in the dash that was prevalent since the day I took delivery of the car. Positive: The mechanics tried to find, and fix it, but could not recreate the rattle. Negative: Of all the Toyota vehicles I’ve owned, this is not my favorite. It will probably be my last.

We always receive friendly, professional assistance at Marshall’s. I truly wouldn’t want to have my vehicle serviced or purchase a new vehicle anywhere else. Thanks for representing the Toyota nameplate so well! As a 33 year Toyota Manufacturing employee(retired) I feel like I can say I know that you are my best option in this region for anything Toyota related.

Hello, and thank for the service provided by the Dry Ridge Toyota team. Although I’m really happy with our truck and not looking forward to replace it yet, I will like to know it’s actual trade-in value.

Simple oil/ tire rotation took better than 1 hour - I would like to see time cut down as I normally schedule around work hours because of the limited available times

Service was very good as always which is why I drive over an hour, passing three other Toyota dealerships to have my tundra serviced by Dry Ridge Toyota. Over the years My wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Dry Ridge and have been very satisfied. However, one small thing irks me and that is the addition of 4% to credit card purchases. I understand the fees banks charge merchants for credit card transactions etc. but using my credit card is convenient and I like the points. By the way my service advisor Leslie has been awesome over the years

Your service tech indicated my brakes were getting bad which can’t be true as I had the rear brakes replaced in your service dept. in January 2021. Did you really replace my brakes or was today’s report a mistake? Also I went in today with two low tires on the left side - my indicator light was on. The follow up by the tech indicated there was one low tire on the right side. I’m not sure my vehicle was serviced at all today as nothing the service tech reported made sense. I think he just checked the boxes on the form. Someone needs to investigate what happened today. I’ve always had my Toyota’s serviced there but will go elsewhere next time to get a comparison.
