I'm disappointed you could not complete the service that you said you could. I paid for information that I already had for free, which is ridiculous. You kept my vehicle for multiple days and completed no work. Trained technicians would have known to plug in the necessary components or would have identified these simple issues. Dave left the building when I was there and would have no interaction with me. He had no issues with me saying I would get the work completed elsewhere. The shuttle driver was great. No concerns from lady taking money when I noted issues with today's service.
