I had an appt at 9 for oil change, tire rotation, the works. People ahead of me in the waiting room, received their vehicles. People that came in after me received their vehicles. I was told twice that it wouldn’t be much longer. What normally is an hour wait became a 3 hour wait. I was given the service at no cost, which I appreciate, but I would have appreciated getting my car back in the usual hour more. This is the first time for a long wait & the service area was apologetic.
