Took my car right in and was done before I knew it. Well done!
Minor nitpick. I had my tires rotated and they did not adjust air pressure so my fronts had 80 psi and rears 60 which triggered alerts. Not a huge deal for me because I have an air compressor in my garage, but if they missed that detail it makes me wonder what other details were overlooked? Lug nut torque? Guess I’ll check that too.

From my understanding after driving 20 minutes to the dealership back home 20 minutes they called and said the truck was done. 20 minutes back to the dealership the invoice showed my truck does not have the recall issue. Then 20 minutes back home. Not the fault of the dealership. So tired of this truck.

After purchasing a brand new set of tires woke up next day to a flat tire. I went back to dealership to see what issue was..A tire was put on with a hole in it..faulty tire from company.
I had to make 2 round trips that day of 150 miles.
Was not offered a loaner car while they fixed it or free oil change or any kind of reimbursement.It was an odd situation they had to go to another dealership to pick up another tire.
It totally messed up out.of state traveling plans for that day for us.
