I liked the fact that i didn't have to go inside the office to sign the paperwork. Everything was brought out to me to sign while i was in my car. I was very happy with the improvements you guys have done with the checking in process in the service dept

Dropping vehicle off for the service was a very long process. When picking my vehicle up from the service their was only one person checking your customers out. And there was a lot of customers. Had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up my vehicle. I would think with that many customers that you would have more employees working at the check out center.

Yes no problem Luis R Macias always takes care of me and my truck. He is a very awesome employee and I have nothing but good stuff to say about him and all the staff at Claremont Toyota. I will never take my truck anywhere else. Thank you very much and I look forward to receiving the survey.
