Slow service without any updates. Would not recommend.
The only thing I didn't like was that if I'm gonna wait 3 hours for tire rotation and inspection then I should at least get a complimentary car wash. I'd wait another 20 minutes or so for that. Every other dealer I've gone to does it that way. First time I haven't gotten that.

Takes way too long, had an appt at 1045a, got my car back at 4p for an oil change and inspection.
Please communicate more with the customers on the time frame of the completion of their car service , those who have appointments and come an hr or even a few minutes early don’t leave until 3 or 4 hours later even if the service doesn’t take that long. It’s unacceptable to be waiting without any communication when their car will be ready. Thanks!

The wait is too long. I made an appointment for 11:30 am, checked in @ 11:30, did not get my car out of dealership until 3:30.
Very satisfied with my service and with my service adviser Olive,very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue with my service with Toyota.
Loved Scott, However this will be the last time I wait 3 1/2 hours with an appointment and charges 90.00 for an oil change/ inspection!!
I understand you were running late and only washed the outside of my car but the inside was a mess after you had the vehicle. Someone opened my glove compartment and all the contents were on the passenger floor.
Makes me wonder if the service was done correctly.
