I had an appointment. Waited almost 2.5 hours at the facility for my vehicle. Was NEVER updated or checked on. She was rude. Then she forgot my multi point inspection paper so I had to go back and ask for it. Horrible experience

It took far too long. I brought the car in the night before expecting it to be first in line and I did not get out until 4:00 in the afternoon. All that was needed was to reset the computer. Your service team needs to work more closely with service personnel to make things work timely
