Disappointed in Toyota service. Takes about an hour and half with an appointment, and When my service provider called me at 9 to ask if I wanted to replace my cabin air filter and my response was no he then said to give him about 5 to 10 min and I could go to the cashier. I went to the cashier after 10 min and no paperwork I'm asked to wait about 10 min then at 9:30 I received a text asking for another 10 min. During my visit I also found out that my prior last Free service Toyota didn't even change my oil.. seriously considering not returning.

Christina got me checked in quickly and clearly explained what would happen during my service appointment. When I had to return later in the day because of a fluid leak, Christina quickly sprang into action and had a service technician check my car and fix the problem.

I was not completely dissatisfied with the service. The advisor was kind and courteous, but I was disappointed that: 1. I wasn't told that the service may not be completed by the end of the day. Subsequently, I was forced to make other transportation arrangements. 2. I was never given a estimate on the cost to repair the vehicle. 3. I was never told if the repairs were necessary to assure the safety of the vehicle. Thank you.
