I did see a service guy driving a customers car from the drop off bay to the service bay at a VERY high speed If I would have seen him drive my car like that I'd be going to another service center. The guy did have a dark brown or black knitted beanie on.

The Advisor was extremely kind and patient (5 stars). But, why is it so expensive to install the cabin air filter and the engine air filter? The cabin air filter cost $70+ to install, when it is extremely simple to install and it takes less than 5 minutes. Additionally, the person installing the filters isn’t getting extra money out of it since they get paid hourly. So, the filter should cost less than $20 and the labor should be at/less than the minimum wage. I understand you need to pay your other workers, but other fees are paid such as the monthly car payments, the “Warranty” that apparently barely covers my service. And I also was suggested a “Carbon Clean-up”, I spoke about it and was given a great explanation by my advisor. Overall, I like the infrastructure set in place for getting my car checked up and the new “cashiers” addition to the lobby. Pricing made little sense to me and a better breakdown and explanation of why and how such services are priced so expensively, would definitely help Toyota for the future.

I heard rattling from under the car when I got home and shut the car door. I climbed under the car and found 3 of the 4 bolts barley on the skid plate along with oil on it. I tightened all the bolts and wiped off all the oil. I'll check it tomorrow to make sure no leaks.

I had to mention to Hugo that my windshield wiper was streaking when they go up. The service technician check mark the windshield wiper green that they were satisfied but they're not they're still streaking And the tires inspection technician states that he found a nail and the owner was asked if I would like to repair the tire. On the Service form its state that I declined the repair. I was never notified about the damage tire and I did not decline. I'll have to find a tire shop to get this repaired and some windshield wipers to get these put on. Very unsatisfied and service department dishonest.

I mentioned to you that the windshield wipers are streaking. Only when the windshield wipers go up. When the windshield wipers are coming down they do okay. If your technician check out the windshield wipers he would have seen the streak. The tire inspection he found a nail on the front passenger side and marked it on the tire. On the service form it states that the owner declined the repair. I was never notified about the damage Tire or asked if I WOULD like the tire to be repaired or replaced? You want me to trust you with my vehicle when you guys are being dishonest. I could have had both items repaired at the service department now I got to locate a tire shop and locate some windshield wipers. You want me to trust you but I don't think I could trust you guys anymore.
